Do you ever have moments where everything seems to be happening and changing all at once? The last few weeks have been that way at my house. We have been painting all the interior walls, trying to keep our energetic three year old distracted from the disruption in our house, and prepping logistically and emotionally, for baby #2 to arrive on the scene in November. I’m also getting ready to move into my new and improved studio space (more on that to come)- my desk is a mess, and all of my supplies are packed up in boxes, waiting to be reorganized in their new space. Needless to say, it’s been hard to focus or feel like I’m getting much done. That’s when I take a look at this amazing card made by the clever stationery shop, Near Modern Disaster that my husband and BFF, Craig, gave me a few months ago. Every time I look at it, I am reminded that he’s got my back, and it reminds me to take a deep breath, keep it all in perspective, and be patient.
